The 20 minute chicken

I love food. Ohh My God! But as you know from my previous post I am between the Mesomorph and the Endomorph body type what means I can be fat really quick and easily. I have to watch my food to keep my shape. And obviously I don’t like to spend hours in the kitchen to make my food ready. I like if my meal prep quick and delicious. Now I want to share with you one of my fav keto chicken recipe.


  • 500 g chicken thighs organic diced
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 brown onion halved sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves peeled smashed
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup pitted black olives halved
  • 1 MSC anchovy fillets
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes


STEP 1: Heat the oil in a large frypan and add the onion and garlic, and cook for 3-4 minutes on low. STEP 2: Add the chicken thighs and stir to ensure the chicken is coated in oil, turn up the heat. STEP 3: Add the chilli flakes and cook for 5-6 minutes. STEP 4: Reduce the heat to low, add the tomatoes, anchovy fillets, olives and cook for further 12 minutes. STEP 5: Season and remove from the heat.
