I’ve been training with Csaba for nearly 1 year and I have seen the biggest change in my body and mindset since meeting Csaba. He is highly educated in Personal Health, the way the body works and also nutrition. I have a few health issues and Csaba is extremely accommodating with me. I love the workouts, love the support he gives and he knows my limits and has helped me become so much stronger. It’s so easy training with Csaba. I can’t thank him enough. The sessions are hard; yet fun! He changed the way I see exercising and nutrition and he got me the results I asked for and more. I love feeling strong and healthy. I haven’t felt this happy with myself and body in a long time.
I first started training with Csaba in June 2017. After many years of failed attempts at getting myself in shape on my own and wasting who knows how much money on unused gym memberships, I resolved to sign up for PT sessions at the same time that I joined Fitness Playground. My body type has always been an ‘ectomorph’ and before starting PT with Csaba I never seemed to be able to build any strength or muscle. On top of that, I was fast approaching my 50th birthday and middle age spread was setting in. A year later, I have never been healthier or fitter in my entire life! Csaba designed a customised strength program for me and gave me valuable tips on how to improve my diet (including cutting down on vices like sugar and alcohol). I have lost at least 7kg of fat and gained muscle and definition that I never imagined possible, especially at this stage of my life. I am happy to report that I look and feel better than I ever did, even in my teens or 20s. Friends, family and colleagues have all commented on how much healthier and younger I look after a year of improved nutrition and regular workouts (6-7 times a week). Thank you, Csaba, for the guidance and motivation to make such a positive change in my fitness, strength, and overall well-being!
Since 2017 May I decided to finally change my life and get into shape with a weight loss and exercise program. Having never really been a member of a fitness center, I admit I found all the cardio and free weights a bit intimidating and confusing. Fortunately the Fitness Playground staff were very helpful and patient. Everyone really seemed to go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I took the advice and got a personal trainer from the beggining. My personal trainer and life coach is Csaba Serak who always listen to me and he is see which day is when he can kick my ass and when, when I need a cardio session with some streching. He has helped me develop my mind set in a positive way and I have changed from a person who thinks I can to I know I can! Since I started I have lost over 25kg. My body get stronger and toned. A perk I might add is my husband says I’m sexier then ever! 🙂 Thank you Csaba!
“Since I’ve spent my workouts with him, he would be the archetypal BFG (Big Friendly Giant) from my observations he is quite agreeable, has taken care to push me pass my upper limits, considerate even when I don’t do my homework (stay consistent with the program), generally cheerful and on most occasions switched-on even after a grueling day yesterday. Also seems to have a intuition for when I’m dying during my training by spotting me at the right moment or let’s me rest longer by talking about life and other things.”
