STEP 2: Pre-exercise Questionnaire
Before we start the training I need to collect all the relevant information about your current and past exercises and diet. I need to know about your past and current injuries and about your health condition.
STEP 3: Complimentary Assessment
At the first, complimentary session you will have an assessment where we will discover your needs and set up your realistic goals.
STEP 4: Workout Program, Meal Plan
You will start your fitness journey with me at the Fitness Playground Newtown. I will give you ongoing support: customised training program, meal plan, detox plan, supplement advice.
STEP 5: Get RESULTS
If you follow my program, I guarantee your result. I track your body composition every 4-6 weeks.
