WHAT I DO

My life is primarily centered around the gym and fitness (including outdoor training). I am far from obsessive, although I am a trainer and fitness competitor with a high degree of dedication, and I gain great joy in teaching other people about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and the magic of exercise.

I studied and put into practice the correct execution of exercises, I received dietary advice and I learnt additional training methods in the past 8 years. I noticed tremendous changes to my mind, body and spirit what I want to share with you!

I am really happy I now have more than 10000 followers on Instagram, and a growing number on Facebook who choose to follow me to better achieve their goals.
